Succint and clear comment on what you rightly predicted was to be a disaster for political and not sensible reasons. I don’t practice conveyancing but I have had a flat on (and off) the market for over a year now. In that time three survey fees have been paid for by real people who are not wealthy and I am now stuck with paying for a home survey (and up dates in due course) for absolutely no objective benefit to anyone whatsoever.

So please continue your hard work here, you have many supporters.

From my point of view - buyer - this Reports are higly appreciated, as at least they indicate value of properties I am interested in. I do not care about the fact that the seller needs to pay anything extra. The H.Report gives me confidence that I will not lose my money on valuation as a gready seller wants to sell at a premium price (at least it makes sellers to be more realistic about their expectations). Therefore this kind of article gives me a confidence that your company clearly is focused only on the sellers benefit. I am a buyer and need somebody who is interested my benefit. Apart of this this article is a little bit duft.
