At Caesar & Howie we know how desperate our buying clients can sometimes be to get an offer in for a property. You can instruct us online by completing the form below. We will prepare your offer which will be subject to survey. Then we will make contact with you by telephone and on your telephone confirmation the offer will be transmitted by fax to the seller. We cannot submit the offer without your telephone confirmation – therefore you must leave us a number at which we know we can make contact. We would expect to have the offer transmitted to the selling agent within one hour of receiving your instruction*. Any client using this service must be certain he or she is in a position to offer – if you are in any doubt our staff will be happy to discuss matters with you.

We will submit your offer absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.  It is a condition of this arrangement that you instruct Caesar and Howie to complete the transaction for you should the offer be successful.  Should a client submit two unsuccessful offers we reserve the right to charge for further offers but we may exercise discretion not to. We are happy to give guidance to clients on appropriate prices to offer. At present this service is available for Scottish properties only. Normally we receive a telephone call from the sellers agent advising if a formal written acceptance of any offer we have submitted is going to be issued or not.  As soon as we receive that call we will be back in touch with you.

* Provided instructions arrive during office hours Mon – Friday 9-5.  Instructions arriving outwith these times will be dealt with within one hour of office next opening. Providing also we take satisfactory electronic ID for clients as per Law Society requirements.
