Agency instructions from other Solicitors

Please note that we provide a civil agency service only at Livingston and Alloa Sheriff Courts. We do not cover Falkirk Sheriff Court. We also accept criminal instructions at Alloa Sheriff Court. Whilst we do not accept criminal agency instructions at Livingston Sheriff Court, we are willing to sit in with Counsel at the High court at Livingston. 

Please assist in avoiding any difficulties with instructions either arriving late or not at all by faxing them to 01506 448301 for Livingston and 01259 724036 for Alloa before 4.30pm on the working day prior to the day of the required appearance.

In urgent cases, we will accept telephone instructions to 01506 815900 for both Alloa and Livingston where they are received  prior to 9.30am on the morning of the appearance but cannot guarantee to be able to carry out any instructions received after 9.30 am on the morning of the appearance.
