Salaries will be dependent on the job experience, with a contributory staff pension available to new staff after a probationary period, other benefits may be available dependent on job applied for and training will also be given.

Commercial Solicitor

Reference: DHB/MD/045

Commercial solicitor required to help build the commercial side of our practice. Experience in purchase and sale, leasing, commercial sale and purchase, and lender security work, as well as a little company experience required. The applicant would require decent IT skills, GSOH, to be hard working and prepared to work closely with business development staff to build a personal practice in the Stirling Alloa and Falkirk areas as well as the Central belt generally.
